Holiday Light Display
Guests can enjoy over 100 holiday displays throughout Cranes Roost Park nightly through January 1, 2013. The highlight of this whimsical illumination is the massive tree reaching a towering 60-feet-tall, choreographed holiday fountain shows, fireworks and free photo ops with Santa Claus.
Progress Energy’s Light Up the Holidays
Saturday, December 1 | 5–9 p.m.
Join in the fun as the City of Altamonte Springs and Progress Energy
celebrate the yearly tradition of the lighting of Cranes Roost Park.
Enjoy music, entertainment, fireworks, and of course Santa and Mrs.
Claus. The region’s largest Christmas tree will be on display as well
as the Holiday Fountain show. Food and drink will be available for
purchase throughout the venue. Don’t miss this fun, free evening of
entertainment in the park.
Santa Tuesdays
Tuesday, December 4, 11 & 18 | 6–8 p.m.
Bring your wish list and meet Santa and his helpers under the tower.
Professional photos will be taken and made available for purchase
during this event or you may take your own photo. Get into the
holiday spirit and enjoy listening to Dickens Carolers. Food and
beverages will be available for purchase.
Holiday Movie Nights
Thursday, December 6, 13 & 20 | 7 p.m.
Watch holiday movies on the lawn in the Plaza. Bring the entire
family for a fun evening together under the stars. Food and
beverages will be available for purchase.
