I AM REAL!! The success that I have had in radio is because I have been real from the beginning. I don’t try to be someone I'm not. I am a mother of 3, a wife, a daughter, a sister… I'm also a soccer mom. I am a super happy and active person, but I also get sad and tired. I am REAL!! I've been in media for 12 years in radio, television. Overall, I can truly say "I am blessed!"

People who indulge their sweet tooth by eating a small piece of dark chocolate every day could live longer. Call it the new health food. Dark chocolate not only reduces levels of blood sugar and bad cholesterol, but also raises levels of good cholesterol. It also lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease. How? The magic ingredients in chocolate are compounds called flavanols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, reports HealthDay News. Led by researchers from San Diego State University, the team found those who consumed the dark chocolate had lower levels of blood glucose and LDL ("bad") cholesterol, as well as higher levels of HDL ("good") cholesterol than those who ate white chocolate.
