Happy Water Bottling!
I will very rarely ever ask you for anything... but today I am asking for your help. You may or may not know that my daughter was born premature. While she was born at 35 weeks, 4lbs, 14 oz... and only had to spend a week in the NICU, we were among the lucky ones. My daughter is amazing, in the 90% and thriving.
I need your prayers for another amazing baby. Please say your prayers for Ashton Allen. He was born on his Mommy's Birthday...but only at 23 weeks. He came into the world under 1 lb and a 1/2... and has proven that he is a fighter, just like his Mom and Dad.
Please say your prayers of health and strength for ASHTON ALLEN. He reached 24 weeks today. Every prayer, well wish, and good vibe coming his way will help.
Sometimes in life you have to turn yourself over to faith... this is that time.
I believe in this family.
I believe in Ashton Allen.
I believe in the power of Prayer.
Please pass this along... to your friends, family members, church prayer lists, ...everyone.
Thank you... I really appreciate it.
If you think all that yummy fried turkey is going to really tip you over the Thanksgiving scale... think again. You should actually be more worried about the bread and the mashed potatoes.
Fried Turkey only has about 20-60 more calories per serving. And its SO YUMMY!
A couple of tips for a better work place "vibe."
1. Reduce your EMFS. EMFS are Electromagnetic Frequencies and they DO effect your body. EMFS lower melatonin, a hormone that controls your mood and ability to sleep. Think about this... is your computer tower just under your desk, right by your leg? This is TOO CLOSE. Do what you can to move all electronics away from you.
2. Don't sit in the LINE OF FIRE. Do you face directly out of your office door? Change that if you can... The energy from the office is coming right at you. If you can sit off center or with your back to a wall, this is best. If not... put something like a picture by your screen so that it gets most of your attention. You can also hang a mirror by the doorway so you actually see what is behind you... and not directly out the door.
Hey... you never know. Try these tips. They just may work.
Ah yes... vacation. That little slice of heaven that never goes as planned. From the first day we left port...our little princess has been sick. Fever, tummy, nose, cough, sore throat... all of it. Poor thing.
But I can say she is finally on the mend and everyone of the ship has been incredible to us. They really go out of your way to make sure you have everything you need and that you are as comfortable as you can be.
Side note: I have definitley had a chance to rest since I've spent the last 4 days in bed with my sweet little baby.
I'm going to head off for a few days. Just a little vacation time. I'll be back with you on Monday. Bon Voyage!
