A new study shows that the absolute worst night of the week to fall asleep is Sunday. That's because you’re changing your sleep schedule after two days of staying up later than usual and you’re more likely to toss and turn because thinking about all the stress from the upcoming week.
So turn in early, turn off those smart phones and tablets, maybe read a book. It’s hard, but do what you can and prepare Sunday afternoon to get 8 hours of shut-eye on Sunday night and the rest of the week will be smooth sailing!
